"Shipping felt way slower than expected"
I don’t remember the exact dates at this point, but I do remember checking the tracking a bunch and it barely changed. The package eventually showed up, just much later than I expected, which was frustrating.

So... my order showed up late, and it wasn’t even correct when it finally got here. I received the wrong items, and one thing was missing completely. I tried reaching out to get it fixed, but the replies were slow and not very helpful. Frustrating since I paid for the stuff I actually picked, not random items. I wouldn’t order from stzyofficial.com again

"Still waiting for my refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’ve emailed support a few times because I was kind of in a rush to get it sorted, but they just keep saying they’ll check on it and then I hear nothing. It feels like returns just get ignored. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Doesn’t feel legit to me"
The quality felt cheap, and I’m not even convinced it’s the real thing. Come on now, if I’m paying for something, I at least expect it to feel legit. Definitely not ordering again.

I don’t remember every detail of the back-and-forth, but I definitely remember waiting a long time for a reply and still not getting a clear answer. Maybe they helped a bit somewhere in there, but the main thing that stuck with me was how frustrating it felt

So... i feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. It just didn’t feel worth the price to me.
